Remember the Mercedes C32 AMG? I never got it. This was supposed to compete with an M3? On what planet? Now, in general, I think C-class Mercedeses are for born-insecure types with logos on all of their clothing. The AMG model is just befuddling, though. For the same money, you could have gotten into a nice E-class and not looked like life wasn't working out for you. And anyone who really wanted performance would have just bought an M3. So who was this car for? No one, apparently, and now reasonable-mile examples are going for under $9K, and $9K for a 350 hp "Mercedes" might be kind of appealing. It may smell like disappointment, but you can cover that up with tire smoke.

I forgot about these. Really liked them. Long live the used car PSA :)

C32s are fun. All the same mods carryover to the SRT6 Crossfire.
Plus, the successor was the C55 and it even came in wagon form. So :)

I'm considering this as a DD.
Already got a car than can burn up the track. This would be good for burning the Camry's at stop lights.

C32's were the perfect sleeper car. Merc ruined the sleeper look with the quad exhausts on the C55 though.

I think this fits in well with what AMG is known for doing: Making M-competition with automatics for the mature performance enthusiast.
